KC, Thank You for keeping your word and getting this finalized! Thank You for the repeated efforts even when they seemed to be falling on deaf ears at the VA. But, most of all, Thank You for taking the time to call me with extended conversations to make sure I was aware of what you were doing, what you honestly thought of the point we were at (even when it wasn’t good news), and to reassure us that we would finally get there. You even made a call to me on a Saturday while you were at your son’s ballgame. We really appreciate you and hope you and your family are blessed beyond words.
